Our business delivers services throughout the whole of the UK and Europe, with vehicles travelling many miles. For us, it is important that the stability of these vehicles and the systems that they include, are maintained to a standard that we set.
For this reason, we have always operated a mechanical division for our organisation.
This allows us to take control of maintenance, training, systems and up-keep of our vehicles throughout.
OUR MECHANICAL DIVISION OFFERS A LEVEL OF SUPPORT FOR OUR VEHICLES, THAT MEANS DISASTER RECOVERY FOR US AS A BUSINESS IS ADDRESSED TO THE FULLEST AND PROVIDES CLIENTS' WITH CONFIDENCE FOR THE UN-EXPECTED.
All our drivers are in regular communication with our mechanical division, at base and on the road. Throughout this relationship, drivers and our mechanical team are very aware of each vehicle and how it is performing at all times.
There are no surprises for our fleet and our drivers, although as with any service delivery, the possibilities of breakdown of course exist for us as a business, as they do for all transportation companies.
Where we can offer our clients' confidence, is that no matter where and how any of our vehicles find themselves in a situation of not being mobile, we will dispatch our mechanical division team instantly to address.
This of course has happened, but with our mechanical service levels, and checks, for all vehicles, prior to any journey it is very limited.
The important thing is that if this does occur, we have the facility to dispatch a new vehicle, to get our consignments moving again, quickly, and a mechanical team to then address the other vehicle and return it home.
This allows us to offer our clients' a down-time that has minimum effect on their business.
